Policies

All content (text, images, etc.) are to be supplied by the client in digital format.

Each page is based on 250 words per page.

Additional work outside of this project's development scope will be subject to our hourly rate of $50 / hour.

Additional stock images will be quoted separately.

All new project requires a 50% deposit down upon the first invoice.

Navigation system and Layout design must by approved by the client before finalization.

Monthly updates will be subject to an hourly rate of $50 / hour.

Client is responsible for copyright protected materials. Domain name registration is not included.

Advance content management system is subject to a license fee of one-time charge.

If client decided to terminate our service during any stage of the project. He or She is liable to payoff any outstanding balance of tasks that have been completed.

If at any point during the project the client is unreachable and/or unresponsive for a period of more than 30days, the client would be subject a fee 10% of total project quote.

All sales are final no refund.
